Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Operating Room (OR) team at our well-respected hospital in New Hampshire. As an OR Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assisting surgeons and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during surgical procedures. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Compensation Range: $32.00 - $51.68 per hour + stackable shift differentials (20% night shift & 15% weekend shift differential)


  • Collaborate with the surgical team to provide safe and effective patient care before, during, and after surgery.
  • Assist in preparing the operating room by ensuring sterility and availability of necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Monitor patients'vital signs and assist in the administration of anesthesia.
  • Provide support to surgeons during procedures, including passing instruments and maintaining a sterile field.
  • Advocate for patients'needs and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the surgical process.
  • Document all aspects of patient care accurately and thoroughly.


  • Valid compact or New Hampshire RN License.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • 1+ year of OR experience preferred, but open to considering new graduates who are interested in growing within the department.
  • Excellent clinical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Shifts: Day and night shifts are available. The schedule consists of 3x12 hour blocks, with shifts from 7AM to 7PM or 7PM to 7AM.
