Job Description
Rural outpatient clinic several hundred miles west of Anchorage, AK seeking a permanent, full-time Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to join their team!

Behavioral Health Registered Nurse Job Summary:
- Behavioral Health Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
- Is responsible for directing and coordinating nursing care for patients based on nursing practice standards. Collaborates with other healthcare professional to provide quality, cost-effective and efficient care and to achieve the best possible patient outcome.
- Serves as a resource person when the situation requires. Applies age specific considerations and cultural diversity when rendering patient care.
- Is responsible for care of all patients from birth to elderly
- Behavioral Health Registered Nurse is a full-time permanent position
- Schedule is 7 on 7 off. 12 hour shifts. 7am-7pm OR 7pm -7am
- Supervise Psychiatric Technicians on duty

Behavioral Health Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- Current BLS certification
- Preferred one year experience in health care setting as a Registered Nurse
- BSN preferred or ASN
- The successful candidate will be required to pass and maintain competencies for this position
