Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care in our Medical/Surgical unit, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
- Assess patients'conditions, create individualized care plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, documenting accurately and following medication safety protocols.
- Monitor vital signs, interpret lab results, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure in Arkansas.
- New graduates welcome! Prior med/surg experience preferred but not required.
- BLS certification required;ACLS and PALS certifications desirable.
