Job Description
A community facility north of Wichita, KS is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their growing Behavioral Health team! Details are listed below.
Pay range: $34.50 - $40.50 / Hourly
- Shift Differentials: Nights - $2.00, Weekends - $2.50
Registered Nurse Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct hire placement
- Night Shift Schedule: 3(12) 7 PM - 7 AM
- Benefits Include: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, and more
- Setting: Behavioral Health/ Psychiatric
- Outpatient Day Shift position available
Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Registered Nurse assesses and monitors patients' health status, including vital signs and medical history
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and preferences
- Registered Nurse will provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options
- Effectively interact with patients, families, and health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing
- Registered Nurse will teach patients how to take care of themselves and de-stress, will offer crisis intervention and emergency assessments to those experiencing a mental health crisis
Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse license required
- BLS Certification
- Experience in Psych, Trauma, Critical Care, Emergency, or overall mental health
- New graduates encouraged to apply
