Job Description
A well-respected facility located near Elmira, NY is seeking full-time Respiratory Therapists to join their team! $25, 000 Sign-on Bonus! OPEN TO NEW GRADS!
The Respiratory Therapist Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct-hire position
- Schedule: 3x12, Night shift
- Compensation: up to $50.50/hour + shift differentials
- Up to $25, 000 sign-on bonus!
- Relocation assistance available on case-by-case basis
- Fantastic benefits package including insurance, PTO, and tuition reimbursement
- Respiratory therapists evaluate patients'respiratory health by conducting tests, reviewing medical histories, and assessing symptoms to diagnose conditions such as asthma, COPD, and pneumonia.
- Respiratory therapist will provide treatments like oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and mechanical ventilation support to help manage or improve patients'breathing and oxygen levels.
- Respiratory therapist will closely monitor patients'progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal respiratory care.
Respiratory Therapist Qualifications:
- NY State licensure as a Respiratory Therapist/Technician required
- Respiratory Therapist credential through NBRC required
- BLS Certification required within 90 days of hire
- ACLS Certification required within 1 year of hire
