Job Description
Advanced medical center located an hour north of Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking a full time, permanent Respiratory Therapist to join their team! Respiratory Therapist Pay Range: $23.53 ($48, 942) - $35.29 ($73, 403) DOE
Respiratory Therapist Sign On Bonus: $15, 000
Respiratory Therapist Requirements:
- Provide care to all patient populations for therapeutic purposes
- Bedside diagnostic procedures as needed
- Review and maintains respiratory care plans
- Performs evaluations on patients and adjusts the care appropriately
- Assists as a preceptor for students and new hires
Respiratory Therapist Qualifications:
- Must obtain entry level certification and must have a valid Registered Respiratory Therapist credential from the NBRC
- Must have a current Indiana State license for Respiratory Care Practitioners
- Must have ACLS and NRP certifications or obtain in 6 months
- Must have current CPR certification

- Hosts several community events throughout the year, including a Christmas parade, a county fair, and a strawberry festival
- Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy nearby recreational areas like Pine Knob Park and Dallas Lake
