Job Description
A great hospital located near Corpus Christi, TX has a fantastic opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist to join their growing team!
Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Flexible scheduling: 3-12's, 4-10's, or 5-8's
- Setting: outpatient
Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities:
- Must demonstrate the knowledge and skill necessary to provide appropriate care to the age of patients served on unit.
- Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient s status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient s requirements relative to their needs.
- Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide for the primary population of patients served in the department.
- Speech Language Pathologist will be working in the outpatient rehabilitation clinic
Speech Language Pathologist Qualifications:
- Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Texas Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence or Clinical Fellow Status with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
