Job Description

Amazing facility in southeastern Wisconsin is seeking Surgical Technologists for their Surgical Department. Come join a supportive team that is dedicated to working together to provide excellent care! You will enjoy working with an expert surgical staff in state-of-the-art surgical suites.
Hours: Your choice of 36 hours or 40 hours/week
Pay: $27.00-$35.00
Surgical Technologist
- Facilitates the safe and efficient performance of surgical procedures
- Prepares surgical operating suites
- Assists with preparing patients
- Passes instruments to physician during surgery
- Receives and processes specimens for delivery to the laboratory
- Monitors supplies
- Counts instruments, sponges, needles and other items as dictated by hospital policy
- Assists in room clean-up
- Completed a surgical technician program
- Three months related experience in healthcare field, preferred
- Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider, required within 60 days of hire
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills and behaviors
- Follow procedures related to position accountabilities
