Job Description
A great community hospital located about 1-hour from Redding, California, is looking for a dedicated travel, temporary, Certified Infection Prevention Registered Nurse! Enjoy the best of both worlds with our generous benefits and the beautiful surroundings of Northern California! Housing Provided & Temp-to-perm options as well!
Infection Prevention Registered Nurse Offer Highlights:
- Hourly Rate: $80.00 an hour (Weekly direct deposit, W2 pay)
- Housing Provided!
- Setting: Hospital/SNF
- Temp-To-Perm conversions as well!
Travel/Interim Infection Prevention RN Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveillance and reporting of healthcare-associated infections.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate infection prevention and control policies and procedures.
- Maintain department-specific standards of practice.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in Infection Prevention, Public Health, or a closely related field.
- Associate Degree in Nursing required;BSN preferred.
- Must possess current California State RN licensure.
- Valid Infection Prevention CIC certification
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Health Care Providers.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (to be obtained within six months of hire).
