Small community hospital in a highly desired eastern Oregon location is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week contract. Pay: $54-$60/hr (DOE)
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, nights, weekends available
Hours: 12-hr shifts
Guaranteed hours: 36 hours
Radiologic Technologist
The Imaging Team Members are expected to provide quality care, quality diagnostic imaging, and excellent customer service to all patients, providers and team members, at all times. The Radiology Department responsibilities are to schedule patients, and perform exams while providing optimal patient care. This position requires the technologist to deliver diagnostic imaging in general Radiography.

Job Description
Small community hospital in a highly desired eastern Oregon location is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a 13-week contract. Radiologic Technologist
The Imaging Team Members are expected to provide quality care, quality diagnostic imaging, and excellent customer service to all patients, providers and team members, at all times. The Radiology Department responsibilities are to schedule patients, and perform exams while providing optimal patient care. This position requires the technologist to deliver diagnostic imaging in general Radiography.
Radiologic Technologist/X-ray Tech
- Performs exams from start to finish.
- Confirm order is accurate and has authorization.
- Call and schedule patients according to department protocol.
- Perform exam according to the physician order and department protocol.
- Notate appropriate documentation
- Make exam available to Radiologists to be read via PACS
- Complete exam within the hospital EHR.
Requirements of Rad Tech/X-ray Tech
- Graduate from an approved AMA school of Radiologic Technology
- Minimum 1 year of experience, hospital setting preferred
- Certification through American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (R)
- Eligible for Oregon License (OBMI)
