An established hospital located near Corpus Christi, Texas is seeking a full-time, permanent Ultrasound Technologist to join their team!
The Ultrasound Technologist Job Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct hire opportunity
- Mon-Fri schedule
- Weekend rotation required
- On call required
- Great radiology leadership and administration team!
- Sign on bonus offered
- Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide for the primary population of patients served in the department.
- Competitive pay offered based on experience
- Utilizing high frequency sound waves and other diagnostic techniques produces and evaluates ultrasound images and related data that are used by physicians to render medical diagnosis. He or she performs all duties of radiographer I as required. Maintains own clinical competency in Ultrasound and Radiography.
The Ultrasound Technologist Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have active and valid RDMS certification
- Must have at least 1 year of ultrasound experience
- Preferable to have experience in OB, Abdomen, Breasts, and Vascular
- Previous pediatric sonography experience in a hospital setting highly desirable
