An established healthcare facility near Wichita, Kansas, is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to help lead their growing team!
Pay: $120, 000.00- $168, 000.00/ salary
Chief Compliance Officer Opportunity:
Full-time, permanent position
Schedule: 40 hours a week with flexible scheduling
As a core leader within the center, the Chief Compliance Officer would help in shaping a culture rooted in accountability, innovation, person-centered care, and ongoing quality improvement
Delivering consistent executive leadership across all Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) departments to ensure seamless integration of operational functions
Chief Compliance Officer will be at the forefront of ensuring the facility is adhering to the requirements set forth be the CCBHC
Chief Compliance Officer Qualifications:
Chief Compliance Officer must have at minimum a master's degree in behavioral health, healthcare administration, social sciences, public health, or related field
At least 5 years of leadership experience in a clinical healthcare or non-profit executive position
Must be familiar with: CCBHC requirements, clinical operations, and budgeting at a high level
