Chief Executive Officer opportunity located in Las Vegas, NV. Seeking immediate hire!
Salary: $180, 000 - $210, 000/annually
- 30% stock and 40% bonus (potential for $300, 000 total comp)
Chief Executive Officer Opportunity:
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and the policies and procedures set forth by the Governing Board and Medical Staff, as well as Joint Commission standards
- Oversee hospital operations and continuously assess and enhance the hospitals performance
- Provide motivation and celebrate the achievements of your team along the way
- Take responsibility for the patient census and actively participate in marketing services within the community
- 10-12 direct reports
Chief Executive Officer Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related healthcare field
- Chief Executive Officer must have five years of management experience in a healthcare industry, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a senior management position
- Experience with budget development, analysis and oversight, marketing for volume growth and program development
- Must have leadership experience in SNF, post-acute, or hospital
Las Vegas Location:
