A hospital located near Silverthorne, Colorado is seeking a full-time, Chief Financial Officer to join their team!
The Chief Financial Officer Job Description:
- Full-time, direct hire position
- Mon-Fri schedule, business hours
- Great leadership and administration team!
- The Chief Financial Officer supports the Hospital CEO and other senior leaders by overseeing the organization s financial and legal functions. This role also carries operational responsibility for the accounting, purchasing, revenue integrity, health information systems, and patient access departments. Given the organization s size, the CFO must maintain strong expertise in each supervised area and frequently provide direct, hands-on support. Success in this position requires the ability to balance day-to-day operational demands with broader strategic priorities, calling for a fast-paced, confident, and analytical professional capable of managing multiple high-priority projects at once.
The Chief Financial Officer Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have at minimum a Bachelor's degree, Master's is desirable
- Must have at least 5 years of previous accounting experience in an acute care hospital setting within a Controller or CFO role
- CPA is highly desirable
