Full-time, permanent Clinic Manager Opportunity near North Platte, NE. Great pay and benefits listed below.
Salary: $63, 750 - $106, 250/annually
Clinic Manager Opportunity:
- The Rural Health Clinic Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations and clinical functions of the Rural Health Clinics
- Works collaboratively with providers, medical staff, and senior leadership to support high-quality, patient-centered care
- Manages employees in the Rural Health Clinics, including RNs, LPNs, Medical Support Assistants, and support staff
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training
- Clinic Manager will assists with the development, review, and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
Clinic Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree in Healthcare Management Nursing or related field
- Two years experience in healthcare or clinical setting
- RN licensure is preferred
