A highly reputable healthcare facility neighboring Boston, MA is seeking a full-time, permanent Clinical Case Manager to join their thriving team. Competitive pay,
Pay Range: $29.00 $47.00/hour
The Clinical Case Manager Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire role
- Dayshift schedule only, working a traditional 8AM - 5PM schedule
- Shift Type: 5 x 8 with the occasional weekend rotation participation

- Clinical Case Manager role comes with opportunities for tuition reimbursement/CEUs
- Clinical Case Manager is responsible for collaborating within an interdisciplinary team to provide guidance on treatment/discharge plans based on each unique patient's needs
Clinical Case Manager Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
- Highly desirable to have previous rehabilitation case management experience
