A great community facility located an hour west of Albuquerque, NM is seeking a full-time Director of Case Management to join its team. Details are below.
Pay: $51.21-$75.79 (depending on experience)
Director of Case Management Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 AM 5 PM
- Great benefits, including health/vision/dental coverage
- The Director of Case Management is responsible for the direction of staff and fiscal resources of the entire Case Management department
- Demonstrates leadership skills that include team building, motivating staff with enthusiasm and compassion, effective communication skills, recruitment of staff, and responsible department budgeting
- The Director of Case Management should identify and resolve barriers that hinder efficient patient care
Director of Case Management Qualifications:
- Current New Mexico RN License or compact state
- At least 5 years of case management experience in an acute care hospital setting required
