A facility located near Lexington, NE is seeking a Director of Nursing Behavioral Health Services to join their team!
Pay: $106, 000 - $135, 000
Director of Nursing Behavioral Health Services Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Schedule: Monday Friday, days
- The director of nursing behavioral health services will manage and facilitate nursing care for designated patient populations by serving as a real-time clinical expert for unit staff and physicians for escalated problem-solving on patients, processes, and family issues. They operations of the unit to ensure smooth and efficient patient care management and resource utilization
Director of Nursing Behavioral Health Services Requirements:
- Nebraska RN Licensure
- BSN required, MSN preferred
- 2+ years of behavioral health experience
- 2+ years of nursing leadership experience
The Location:
- Small western Nebraska city
- The area offers fishing, birdwatching, kayaking, and scenic river trails
- Local diners, museums, and events that draw residents together year-round
