Director of Pharmacy
Job Description
A facility east of Klamath Falls is seeking a Director of Pharmacy to join their team!
Salary: $121, 600-$205, 000/yr
Director of Pharmacy Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent opportunity
- Schedule: Day Shift;Monday-Friday
- Leads overall pharmacy operations while collaborating with hospital leadership, clinical staff, and external partners to ensure safe, compliant, and effective medication services.
- Provides clinical pharmacy care, including direct patient management, therapy optimization, and oversight of the medication-use process across diverse patient populations.
- Drives quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and staff education to enhance medication safety and integrate pharmacy services across the organization.
Director of Pharmacy Qualifications:
- Graduate from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program
- License to practice as a pharmacist in the state of Oregon
- 2 or more years of pharmacy experience
- Previous leadership or supervision experience preferred
- Experience in a hospital setting preferred
