A hospital just outside of McPherson, Kansas, is searching for an experienced Occupational Therapist to become a leader for their team as the Director of Rehabilitation! Join an excellent team at this beautiful community hospital dedicated to serving its community!
Pay: $90, 000-125, 000/yr DOE
Bonuses and Relocation assistance!
Director of Rehabilitation Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, Direct-Hire
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Full, comprehensive benefits, including vision, dental, and medical
Director of Rehabilitation Responsibilities:
- The Director of Rehabilitation oversees the daily operations of the various therapy departments, including, but not limited to, Respiratory, Cardiopulmonary, Speech, Physical Therapy, and Occupational Therapy.
- The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for maintaining high standards of clinical practice, ensuring that all treatments are evidence-based and effective.
- Contribute to the overall strategic goals and objectives of the organization or facility
Director of Rehabilitation Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctorate-Level program in Occupational Therapy
- Registered in Kansas as an Occupational Therapist or the eligibility to obtain upon employment
- 3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in a hospital setting required
- Previous experience in a director role is preferred
- BLS Certification
