Job Description


A welcoming community facility located a couple of hours west of Topeka, KS is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to join their leadership team. Details are listed below.   


Starting Pay: $90, 000-125, 000/ Annually  


Director of Rehabilitation Opportunity: 

  • Full-time, Permanent, Direct-Hire 
  • Schedule: Monday Friday, Day Shift 
  • Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision 

Director of Rehabilitation Responsibilities: 

  • The Director of Rehabilitation oversees the daily operations of the Rehabilitation and Respiratory departments, as well as cardiopulmonary, speech, PT, and OT 
  • The Director of Rehabilitation plans and administers medically prescribed occupational therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases, working toward functional restoration, pain relief, and the prevention of disability 
  • Manage budgets, drive departmental goals, and lead quality improvement initiatives 
  • Contribute to the overall strategic goals and objectives of the organization or facility 

Director of Rehabilitation Requirements:  

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program 
  • Registered OT in KS, or the eligibility to obtain  
  • 3+ years of OT experience required  
  • 1+ years of Rehab leadership experience preferred
