A healthcare facility located near Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a full-time Director of Therapy Operations to join its team. The details are below.
Pay: $142, 000-$165, 000/year (based on experience)
- Opportunity for quarterly bonuses
Director of Therapy Operations Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent opportunity
- Director of Therapy Operations develops, revises, and implements department policies and procedures, holding staff and themselves accountable
- Forecasts revenues, evaluates market conditions, and advises the CEO of needs required for effective program operation and implementation
- Partners with marketing team to educate staff and the community on care and prevention
- Provides direct care to patients and celebrates the success of both staff and patients
Director of Therapy Operations Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree or higher from an accredited therapy program;Master s or Doctorate degree preferred
- Current Virginia state license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology
- Minimum five years of rehabilitation experience
- Minimum two years of management/leadership experience
