A medical facility located in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a Temporary Front Desk/Medical Office Coordinator to join their team for 13-weeks!
- Pay is $15-$22/hour
The Temporary Front Desk/Medical Office Coordinator Opportunity:
- Full-time, contract role
- 13-week contract, with emphasis on transitioning into permanent role
- Mon-Fri schedule, day shift
- Great leadership and administration team!
- Outpatient setting
- Serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors and performs administrative duties, monitors office procedures, resolves problems, and assists with office operations. This position is responsible for insurance verifications, patient scheduling and working with the clinic manager to ensure smooth registration operations
The Temporary Front Desk/Medical Office Coordinator Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be friendly, courteous, and have good communication skills when greeting patients.
- Relevant Medical office experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office.
