House Supervisor
An exceptional hospital near Helena, Montana, is looking for a full-time, permanent House Supervisor to join its team. The leadership opportunity comes with up to a $20, 000 retention bonus and $7, 000 in relocation assistance.
Pay Range: $35.00-$52.00/hr
House Supervisor Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent role, direct-hire
- Monday-Friday. 5x8s, dayshift
- $20, 000 retention bonus and $7, 000 relocation assistance available
- Benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement
- The House Supervisor oversees daily hospital operation, supports the critical care department and provides hands-on patient care when needed
House Supervisor Qualifications:
- Active Montana RN license required before start date
- Minimum of 3 years hospital RN experience
- ICU experience strongly preferred
- Proven leadership in patient flow, resource management, or nursing supervision
