Volunteer Services Coordinator
Job Description
A medical facility located near Montpelier, Vermont is seeking a full-time, permanent Volunteer Services Coordinator to join their team!
The Volunteer Services Coordinator Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct hire position
- Mon-Fri schedule, business hours, 8a-5p, in-person
- Great leadership and administration team!
- Promote Volunteer Program through articles, outreach, presentations, and social media. Provide in-service training for existing volunteers.
- Oversee the scheduling and staffing of all volunteer positions within the hospital. Create and manage the volunteer database and track volunteer hours for hospital recognition, the Retired Volunteer Service Program (RVSP), and school community service programs.
The Volunteer Services Coordinator Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, however not required
- Previous experience in volunteering, event planning, and community relations is highly desirable
