Pay: $97, 000 - 118, 000/Year
Chief Nursing Officer Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent position
- The Chief Nursing Officer oversees the entire system s nursing professional practice and acts as the strategic "right-hand"to the Medical Director.
- Chief Nursing Officer develop, implements, and evaluates nursing standards, policies, and clinical procedures, promoting clinical excellence and high levels of staff engagement
- Facilitates opportunities for staff education, training, and professional development, displaying great attention to detail while emphasizing safety and the practice of compassionate care
Chief Nursing Officer Qualifications:
- RN license
- Master s degree and at least 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare or clinical setting OR Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
