A facility south of Cabool, MO is seeking a Crisis Manager to join their team.
Pay Range: $38-$58/hr (based on experience)
Crisis Center Manager Opportunity:
Full-time, permanent position
Schedule: Mon-Fri
Oversee crisis center operations and clinical care, including staff supervision, interagency coordination, and performing direct clinical assessments and crisis calls.
Manage departmental performance, including employee training and hiring, quality and customer-service metrics, budget support, and service-recovery activities.
Crisis Center Manager requirements:
At least 2 years of mental health experience required
Crisis Center Manager must have RN or LCSW
Previous management expeirence preferred
