An excellent healthcare facility outside of Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team! Join a great team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing high-quality care!
Pay: $36.00 - $53.00/hour
$5, 000 Sign-On Bonus
Physical Therapist Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift
- Setting: Both Inpatient and Outpatient care
- Comprehensive full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, a retirement plan, and more
Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Complete patient assessments to develop and implement an individualized care plan
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the patient, family, and care team
- Provide skilled, goal-oriented physical therapy while maintaining an ongoing assessment of the patient to make any changes to the care plan as necessary
- Maintain all records and reports per regulatory guidelines and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- BLS Certification
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio (or eligibility to obtain upon hire)
- Must have previous experience with Orthopedics, Neuro, and outpatient therapies
