Float/Resource Registered Nurse
A great healthcare facility located near Cushing, Oklahoma, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its team as a Float Pool Nurse Manager. Join a great team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing high-quality care.
Pay: $31.00/hour - $46.00/hour
Float/Resource Registered Nurse opportunity:
- Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
- Schedule: Day Shift, 3x12s, 7 AM - 7 PM
- Every other weekend and holidays on rotation
- Comprehensive Benefits Package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage
Float/Resource Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Manage float pool RN scheduling and staffing resources
- Strategically deploy float nurses to different units to fill staffing gaps and cover fluctuating census
- Implement nurse retention strategies to maintain an engaged and stable float pool team
- Serve as a liaison between the float pool staff and unit managers/directors
Float/Resource Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- Must have an Active/Unencumbered nursing license
- Must have 2 years of med/surg experience, and 1 year of critical care experience is a bonus
- Must have or be able to obtain BLS and ACLS upon hire
