A great hospital located near Fort Benton, Montana, is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to join its team. Join a great team dedicated to providing exceptional service to its community.

Revenue Cycle Manager Opportunity:
- Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift
- Comprehensive Benefits Package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and more
Revenue Cycle Manager Responsibilities:
- Define strategic objectives and implement improvements to systems and processes that support overall revenue cycle goals, profitability, and cash flow
- Lead, mentor, and develop the revenue cycle team
- Prepare and manage staffing and operations budget projections for the revenue cycle department
Revenue Cycle Manager Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher
- Certified Revenue Cycle Executive certification (CRCE) is a bonus
- Must have previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting
- Must have 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: change management, project management, and people management
