Pay: $129, 570- $208, 670/ yearly 


 


Oncology Pharmacist Opportunity: 


  • Full time, permanent 


  • Oncology Pharmacist will be working Day shift

Oncology Pharmacist Requirements:  


  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree 


  • Current Pharmacist s license issued by the Oregon State Board of Pharmacy. Basic Life Support certification with expectation of Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within first year of hire 


  • Board Certification in Oncology  


  • Must have experience as an Oncology Pharmacist
