Job Description
A facility near La Crosse, Wi is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join their hospice and palliative care team!
Pay Range: $29-$40/hr (based on experience)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Opportunity
- Full-time, direct-hire
- Schedule: Monday-Friday;Day Shift
- Open to newly licensed social workers
- Some traveling to patients may be required
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides emotional support, counseling, and resource coordination for patients with serious or terminal illnesses and their families, helping them navigate end-of-life decisions with compassion
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Qualifications:
- Must have Master's in Social Work
- Possess or be eligible for Wisconsin Licensed Clinical Social Worker certification
- Three years of clinical experience required
- Previous hospice training/volunteer work preferred
