Job Description
A fantastic hospital outside of Lewistown, Montana is seeking a full-time, permanent Med/Surg Registered Nurse Supervisor to join their amazing team! Up to $20, 000 retention bonus and $7, 000 relocation assistance provided with this position!
Pay: $35 - $52/hr
The Med/Surg Registered Nurse Supervisor Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5x8s per week, day shift
- Retention bonus and comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement included with this Med/Surg Registered Nurse Supervisor position
- The Med/Surg Registered Nurse Supervisor will oversee the med/surg department and fill in to help with patient care as needed
Med/Surg Registered Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:
- Active Montana RN license or Compact RN license required, or must be eligible to obtain prior to start
- Minimum of three years experience as an RN in a hospital setting
- Recent med/surg experience preferred
- Background in patient flow, resource nursing, or nursing leadership highly valued
