Job Description
A beautiful hospital near Worland, WY is seeking a full-time, permanent Director of Nursing Services to join their growing team!
- Pay: Starting at $71.00/hourly
- $25, 000.00 Sign-On Bonus
- Up to $10, 000.00 of Relocation Assistance
The Director of Surgical Services Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct hire position
- Schedule: 5(8) or 4(10)-hour shifts per week
- No call, nights, or weekends

The Director of Surgical Services Responsibilities
- Oversee a total of about 15 direct employees
- Manage the daily operations of two ORs, two CRNAs, endoscopies, and PACU
- The Director of Surgical Services must display financial acumen and resource management
- Conduct hiring, training, and development of staff, and hold meetings regularly
The Director of Surgical Services Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor s degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license
- 5+ years of experience in OR nursing
- 2+ years of experience in supervisory or leadership roles
- BLS and ACLS required, TNCC and CNOR preferred or obtain within one year of hire
