A great healthcare facility located near Fair Oaks, California, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its Home Health team.
Offering: $65.00 - $75.00/hour + $15, 000 Sign-On Bonus
Home Health Physical Therapist Opportunity:
- Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
- Schedule: Monday Friday
- Setting: Home Health

Home Health Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Guide patients through exercises to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance.
- Assess the patients' living space to identify fall hazards and provide specific, actionable recommendations to improve safety and accessibility.
- Teach patients and their families how to execute daily exercises safely and manage chronic conditions.
Home Health Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- Must have an active BLS certification or be able to obtain one upon hire
- Must have a Master s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Must have an Active California License to practice Physical Therapy
