Offering $125, 000 - $135, 000/annually + Relocation Assistance
Hospice Clinical Manager Opportunity:
- Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift
- Setting: Home Health
- Offers a comprehensive and robust benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Physical coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan, Employee Assistance Program, Mileage Reimbursement, and much more
- Ensure all operations meet state regulations, accreditation standards, and Medicare Conditions of Participation
- Plan and implement ongoing training, orientation for new hires, and continuing education programs on hospice best practices
- Serve as a key communication link between patients, families, clinical staff, and attending physicians
- Must have an Oregon RN License or Compact RN License
- Must have previous experience in a Hospice/Home Health setting with at least 2 years of management/supervisory experience
