A healthcare facility located near La Crosse, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time, permanent Human Resources Business Partner to join their team!
The Human Resources Business Partner Job Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct hire opportunity
- Mon-Fri schedule, onsite in-office

- This role builds strategic partnerships across the HR function to provide value-added services that align with the organization s goals and objectives. It involves performing advanced, specialized duties within the human resources program. The position requires a strong understanding of the organization's financial status, strategic direction, culture, and competitive landscape. Key responsibilities include enhancing the employee experience through leadership coaching, workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations.
The Human Resources Business Partner Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational development, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
- 5 years professional-level experience in human resources, preferably in a healthcare setting required.
