A healthcare facility located near La Crosse, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time, permanent Human Resources Generalist to join their team!
The Human Resources Generalist Job Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct hire opportunity

- The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for key functions including physician onboarding, compensation administration, and coordination of the recruitment process. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in human resources and physician support, a thorough understanding of physician relations, and outstanding organizational and communication abilities. This position is essential to facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for new physicians, ensuring accurate and timely compensation processes, and supporting the continued success of the organization.
The Human Resources Generalist Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum five years Human Resource experience in healthcare, preferably in a hospital setting preferred.
