Job Description
Make a meaningful impact by supporting patients and families through work as a Social Worker while helping improve continuity and quality of care in a close-knit community. Near Gallup, NM.
Pay: $35.48 - $56.02/hour DOE
Social Worker Opportunity:
Full-Time | Permanent Position | Monday-Friday Schedule
Social workers must provide direct support and case management services to assigned patients and families
Coordinate resources and services to support positive patient outcomes
Advocate for patients while helping navigate social, emotional, and community-based needs
Current Licensed Social Worker (LSW) license required
LICSW candidates are highly preferred
Hospital or healthcare experience preferred
