Job Description
A long-term care facility located north of Great Bend, KS is seeking a Long term care Supervisor to join their management team! Details are listed below.
Compensation Range: $85, 000-$100, 000/yr
Long-term care Supervisor Opportunity:
- Full-time, Direct Hire position
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
- Setting: Long-term care department
- Some Call required
Long-term care Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Long-term care Supervisor will work closely with DON and facility management to support safe and efficient care coordination, patient flow and ongoing quality improvement
- Demonstrates positive, supportive, and caring behaviors in communication with patients/residents, families, visitors, physicians, staff, and all others
- Long-term care Supervisor will handle scheduling, risk management, and additional administrative tasks for the LTC Unit.
- They will manage the nursing budget and approve invoices pertaining to staff contracts and approved expenses necessary to sustain operations
Long-term care Supervisor Qualifications:
- RN license
- 2+ years of RN experience required
- 2+ years of Nurse Management in an LTC setting experience preferred
