Occupational Therapist
A hospital near La Crosse, WI is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join their team!
Occupational Therapist Pay & Benefits:
- Pay: $37.00 $55.00/hour
- Sign-On: $10, 000
- On-Call Pay: $4.50/hour
- Call-in Time: Time and a Half + $3.00/hour
Occupational Therapist Role:
- Schedule: Monday Friday | 7: 00 AM 3: 30 PM
- Setting: Inpatient Acute Care (25 30 hrs/week) + Outpatient (10 15 hrs/week)
Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and evaluate functional needs across inpatient and outpatient settings
- Perform comprehensive evaluations including functional job analysis, capacity evaluations, and pre-work screenings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary specialists to deliver patient-centered care
- Reassess and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes and recovery progress
Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
- Current Wisconsin OT License or ability to obtain
