Job Description
A welcoming community facility located a couple of hours north of Wichita, KS is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join their Rehabilitation team. Details are listed below.
Pay range: $76, 000 - $122, 000 / annually
Occupational Therapist Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct hire opportunity
- Schedule: Monday Friday, Day Shift
- Setting: Outpatient Clinic/Center
- Great therapy leadership and administration team
Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:
- The Occupational Therapist will review the Physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required
- Instructs, motivates, and assists patients to perform various physical activities and in the use of assistive and supportive devices such as crutches, canes, and prostheses
- Occupational Therapist records treatment, response, and progress in the patient's chart or enters information into the computer
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Must have an active KS OT License, or the ability to obtain
- 1+ years of experience preferred
