Practice Manager Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent role
- Monday-Friday, 9: 00AM-5: 00PM
- Leads and oversees daily operations of Rural Health Clinics (BC, IM, WIC), ensuring high-quality service, operational excellence, and strong team cohesion across all non-provider staff
- Collaborates with Physician Clinic and Nursing leadership to optimize workflows, and develop and implement policies that enhance efficiency and patient experience
- Bachelor s degree preferred or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years);must obtain CRHCP certification within one year
- At least 1 year of physician practice management experience required
