A medical facility located near Norfolk, Nebraska is seeking a full-time, permanent Practice Manager to join their team!
The Practice Manager Job Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct-hire position
- Mon-Fri schedule, business hours
- Great leadership and administration team!
- Provide operational leadership for specialty behavioral health clinic within hospital system.
Manage and develop clinical and administrative staff in high-growth environment. Oversee billing, coding, accounts receivable, and revenue cycle performance. Monitor collections and implement workflow improvements to increase reimbursement accuracy and timeliness. Develop internal processes to support efficiency, compliance, and patient care standards. Partner with hospital leadership on staffing, budgeting, and operational planning. Support providers to ensure high-quality patient experience and streamlined clinic flow.
The Practice Manager Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate s degree (business or accounting background preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare management experience, knowledge of ICD 10, CPT, and HCPCS coding, strong computer and communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Clinic or hospital experience is preferred, and behavioral health experience is a plus.
