Quality & Risk Director Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
- Selected Quality & Risk Director is eligible for quarterly bonuses
- Great benefits including health/dental/vision coverages
- Retirement plan with employer contribution available
- Quality & Risk Director will lead department with 2 direct-reports and will report directly to the hospital CEO
- The ideal Quality & Risk Director candidate must have extensive previous experience with The Joint Commission surveys/accreditation processes within a hospital setting
- Must possess a bachelor's degree in healthcare or alike field
- Must have at least 4-5 years of hospital-specific Quality and/or Risk Management experience
- Relocate to a town that is rich in history and culture surrounded by a safe and welcoming community
- Take in breath-taking scenic views in the local orchards, trails, parks, and riverside venues
- Explore the regional wineries, farmers markets, breweries, and restaurants available only to this area
- An abundance of outdoor recreational activities including hiking, river tubing, swimming, and more
