Job Description
A welcoming healthcare facility located north of Wenatchee, WA is looking for a Registered Nurse to join their Emergency Department team!
Pay range $37.00 - $61.00 / hourly + $10, 000 Sign-on bonus!
- Stackable Differentials: $5.00/hr for nights. $2.50/hr for weekends. $4.00/hr for on-call
Registered Nurse, Emergency Department Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct hire position
- Night Shift Schedule: 7 PM - 7 AM
- Benefits available 1st of the month after hire
- Flexible shift options available
Registered Nurse, Emergency Department Responsibilities:
- The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care for assigned patients in the emergency department.
- Triages each patient and determines priority of care based on physical, psychological, and social needs as well as factors influencing patient flow through the emergency care system
- The Registered Nurse, Emergency Department, performs a focused assessment of the chief complaints of each patient promptly according to established triage guidelines.
- Registered Nurse, Emergency Departments most important responsibility is understanding triage, which is a method of prioritizing injuries based on medical need
Registered Nurse, Emergency Department Qualifications:
- Current WA State RN license
- 1+ years of Med/Surg or ER experience preferred
- BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS preferred
- Sleep room available for overnight nursing staff and on-call
