Registered Nurse-Home Health Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 5x8
- Comprehensive health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement plan with this Registered Nurse position
- Provide education to patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals in other departments in the patient s care plan
- Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and overall patient health status and report any changes to the physician or healthcare team
- RN license in Arkansas or Compact RN license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Associate s Degree in Nursing required;BSN preferred
- BLS and ACLS required (or must be willing to obtain upon hire)
- 1 year of experience preferred, but welcomes new graduates
- Centrally located community within proximity to areas for activities like fishing, hiking, camping, and more.
