A fantastic hospital just outside of Helena, Montana is seeking a full-time, permanent Registered Nurse House Supervisor to join their amazing team! Up to $20, 000 retention bonus and $7, 000 relocation assistance provided with this position!


Pay: Up to $52/hr


The Registered Nurse House Supervisor Opportunity:

  • Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
  • Schedule: 3x12s per week, night shift  
  • Up to $20k retention bonus
  • Up to $7k relocation assistance
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement included with this RN House Supervisor position
  • The RN House Supervisor will oversee the critical care department and fill in to help with patient care as needed

Registered Nurse House Supervisor Qualifications:

  • Active Montana RN license or Compact RN license required, or must be eligible to obtain prior to start
  • Minimum of three years experience as an RN in a hospital setting
  • Recent ICU experience preferred
  • Background in patient flow, resource nursing, or nursing leadership highly valued
