A fantastic hospital near Green Forest, AR is seeking a full-time, permanent Social Worker to join its amazing team!
Pay starts at $24/hr and increases based on years of experience!
The Social Worker Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct hire
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, on-call every other weekend
- Setting: Home Health and Hospice
- The Social Worker will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop care plans, provide counseling, and coordinate resources for home health and hospice patients
Social Worker Qualifications:
- LCSW or LMSW
- BLS required or must be eligible to obtain
