A facility near Lamar, Missouri, is seeking a Social Worker to join their behavioral health team! $15, 000 Signing Bonus! Open to new Graduates!
Salary: $95, 000 a year
Social Worker Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Schedule: Day shift;Monday-Friday
- New graduates are welcome to apply!
- $15, 000 Signing Bonus available!
- Provide social worker services by delivering behavioral health interventions as part of an interdisciplinary care team to improve patients physical health and psychosocial outcomes
- Support individuals in managing chronic conditions through coaching sessions, medication and treatment plan adherence support, self-management education, goal setting, and facilitation of group classes
Social Worker Qualifications:
- Social Worker must have or be willing to obtain LCSW or LMFT in the state of Missouri
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- BLS required upon hire
